@Curly: Hey there, Curly. There's really no choice - this is right in the heart of the financial district with major businesses in every direction so they absolutely must 'work clean'. Most of the remains of this structure are less than two blocks away on Fremont Street. An old lot that is owned by The State of California and was flat - but is now several stories high with piles of concrete chunks. I call this peak - 'Mount Fremont'. Lord only knows where it will go...

Thought you may be interested in this link to a site named after the film 28 Days Later and where the posters keenly capture derelict and soon to be demolished buildings, that if not shot would quickly be erased from the memory etc, etc...
