Some bridge somewhere you say????? My favorite girl.....and what a fine shot....seldom seen angle.....where the heck were ya?????? love the lines and symmetry here.......great image stephen....

@Susan: I was so tempted to write about the bamboo pole I'd fashioned with the cable release - but I couldn't couldn't do it. The clue is in the tiny detail of the far north tower - the sidewalks are built to go around the outsides of the towers. This, at the south tower, was where I made my stand. Believe me - I am a first rate 'chicken' when it comes to heights. Good solid steel and concrete structures are about as far as I can push my vertigo.

Here's a funny story, that somewhat ties in with what you've told me about heights....When we were out there, the one day we went to the bridge with the only purpose being to park, so I could take shots......I decided to walk across.....my friend Jerry, who so generously gave me this 10 day trip as a 50th birthday gift....well, he did whatever I wanted, the entire time we were there, with the one exception being, walking across the bridge!!! This big brave tough man, who I've known for 26 years......has a fear of heights, the likes of which I've almost never seen before!!! And I'd not remembered this about him, from years before, when we'd ridden an "outdoor" elevator in downtown Atlanta, and after going up in it, facing the wall the whole time, and not looking out over the city....he chose to walk back down!!!
As long as I don't feel like I may fall off........I think I could go where you did!!! Maybe someday, we should do it together!!!

@Susan: Always the happy tour guide - I would be honored.
