@DenisSm: Thanks, Denis. I was traveling with my nephew - Timothy - from Portland, Oregon to my home in San Francisco. We spent the night in Arcata, California and the day was beautiful. He had never traveled thorugh this part of California - so the 'Lost Coast' detour seemed a natural.
