You've got 2 amazing reflections here! (to say nothing of the amazing frontal view)!! marvelous work and choice of focus here! i find it very hard to capture the essence of San Francisco neighborhoods, as much as they attract me... but you always succeed marvelously well! bravo!

@dj.tigersprout: Thank you very much, DJ - for the very kind words.

Super observant to get this excellent image. The composition is great. I really must visit SF sometime. It is on my list.

What a great idea to take a picture of this beautiful view. The horizon is tilted a little bit to the left, isn't it? Still great concept!

@Mirko Herzner: Mirko - the price of cropping from a wide-angle image. The verticals are true perpendiculars and to 'true' the horizon has the buildings leaning wildly to the right. To me the image was worth the compromise.

Great eye to see and capture this view, and beautiful in B&W. Well done, Stephen!

Really an excellent SF shot! I think it is the reflections that make this shot of a SF neighborhood so great! Well done!

A fantastic reflection. I've heard of Nob Hill my entire life and I think this is the first time I've ever seen it.

@sherri: Thanks, Sherri. This is Nob Hill - but what people think of when they speak of Nob Hill is a few blocks away --- The Fairmont - the Mark Hopkins - Stanford Court - The Pacific Union Club - Grace Cathedral - Masonic Hall.
