Bridge Along the Lost Coast

Humboldt Coast - California

We are now along the Pacific Ocean as we cross this narrow bridge and on to the beauty beyond. Close inspection reveals that the deck of this bridge appears to be the floors of four railroad cars - welded together. Some clever recycling. That shocking pink paint seems to be an abstract safety feature. Coming up on this narrow passage in the night could quickly turn dangerous. And our explorations continue...

To my A Minus 3 friends... Work and family issues will see me paying less attention here for awhile. I will miss our close ties temporarily - will think of you all frequently - and hope that all returns to normal soon.
