The view from Cliff Drive. Taken yesterday morning ( 18 February 2009 ) - as we get a three day break away from the rains that have fallen for the past two weeks. More rain is forecast for the weekend ahead - and desperately needed.

A strange image, Stephen. When giving it a first short look, the image appears to lean to the right... All lines leading slightly down here. Then when looking closer we realise that the horizon is perfectly level... Interesting!

@Walter: The Pacific Coast from San Francisco to Monterey is a yellow explosion every mid February into early March. Every imaginable shade of yellow is fully represented.
