This surreal shot is amazing and again it brings to mind film works by Alfred Hitchcock, or maybe a still from 'Twin Peaks'. In any case, it does have a special quality.

We've got a cartoon character in the UK,called Andy Capp..Didn't know he lived in Frisco though ?...Love the dream like quality in this shot.
