Such a beautiful place to live.... those mountains are wonderful. Where I live I can see the mountains of Wales in the distance, but this shot is very much like Spain, I guess that is our equivalent to your lovely area.

Oh, how pretty. We had plane tickets to fly into Sacramento on September 13, 2001. Needless to say they were cancelled and never rescheduled. I've never been to California. Love the image.

@sherri: Well - I say it's time for you guys to re-schedule. I had just landed at Heathrow about two hours before the first plane went into the Trade Center. I watched the second plane go in on CNN at my hotel. I really appreciated being in London and seeing this play out there. You might remember that Tony Blair was all over the terrorists while G.W. was trying to figure out what to do - and Cheney was doing the dance of the undisclosed location. But - I must say it was a trip that seems as a scar. As I think about it - that would be the case no matter where I was.
