Sausalito Calm

It is rare that one observes a dead flat sea on any part of San Francisco Bay. Here are the docks in Sausalito, California - on just such a day. A blue heron is atop the piling at center.

Even though DSLR are extremely good these days, I could see immediately the superior color of reversal film, giving a very natural looking image. Yes Stephen, the water is very placid as often is the case with misty weather. Wonderful shot of the marina !
